True Story
I met this couple for the very first time on their wedding day. When no one was around to help the groom with his bowtie, I was called in. As I introduced myself, he said with a grin, “You’re up there photographing my bride?” I nodded, and we both laughed.
He’s a quarterback, so it took me a few tries to get the bow just right. I reminded him to take a deep breath — and when it was finally perfect, he looked up and said, “Wow… you’re amazing.” Moments like this are why I love capturing weddings: unscripted, joyful, and full of genuine connection.
