Portrait Photographer in Oklahoma & Dallas
Editorial portrait photography rooted in art, connection, milestones, and the stories that matter most.
People, as they are—and as they are becoming.
Portraits have always been at the heart of my work.
My first commissioned portrait session was for an expecting mother who wanted her own Demi Moore-inspired Hollywood moment.
More than 15 years later, I'm still drawn to the art of photographing people as they are—and as they are becoming.
From maternity and newborn sessions to growing families, senior portraits, personal branding, and editorial portraits in the studio, my work is rooted in connection, intention, and storytelling.
The best portraits don't simply show what someone looks like.
They reveal something about who they are.
Available in Oklahoma City, Norman, Nichols Hills, and select Dallas dates.
One photographer. Many ways to tell a story.
A portrait session doesn't have to look a certain way.
It can be quiet and intimate. Playful and connected. Clean and modern. Dramatic and editorial.
We might photograph a family exactly as they are, create a carefully directed studio portrait, or build an entire visual concept around a person, a brand, or an idea.
The setting and style may change. The experience is always thoughtfully created around you.
Portraits with room to imagine.
Some portraits begin with a milestone.
Others begin with an idea.
My editorial work allows room for creative direction, intentional styling, beautiful light, and a little more imagination. These sessions can be personal, expressive, unexpected, or completely outside the traditional portrait experience.
For those who want to create something a little different.
For the moments you want to remember as they felt.
Some of the most meaningful portraits aren't about perfect posing.
They're about a hand held a certain way.
A child who won't stop laughing.
The way someone looks at the person they love.
The quiet details of a season that is already changing.
My approach is relaxed and directed, giving you enough guidance to feel comfortable while leaving room for something real to happen.
A little more control. A lot of room to create.
The studio offers something different: intentional light, a private setting, and the freedom to create a portrait experience that is clean, dramatic, simple, or completely creative.
My private studio in Norman is available for a limited number of portrait sessions, using the same professional equipment and approach I bring to editorial and commercial work.
